The Anderson Group were setup to deliver Payroll and Employment Management Solutions to the Recruitment Sector and individual Freelancers / Sole Traders, and are now the Market-Leader in this space.

The company were in a position where they were looking to expand both in the UK and Internationally. With new offices in the Philippines and India, the challenge the business faced was expanding the operation without having separate systems in each location.

Crunch Accounting

Founded just over four years ago to challenge the traditional accountancy model, Crunch Accounting offer an online-based accountancy system to over 4,000 UK clients. In October 2013, Accountancy Age identified them as the fastest-growing accountancy firm in the UK.

With their rapid growth, the company was looking for an alternative hosted PBX system that could be easily extended to keep pace with their increasing customer and staff numbers. Crunch has teams of account managers and accountants for different UK regions, and one of the company's key requirements was a system that offered a higher-level of call management for inbound callers so that clients would get to talk to their account team as quickly as possible.

Ivy Ellen / Blue Eyed Sun

Blue Eyed Sun and Ivy Ellen are two small but growing card and stationary businesses.

Blue Eyed Sun supplies a variety of greeting cards to high-end retailers, including Harrods and House of Fraser; Ivy Ellen is focused on designing and supplying luxury wedding stationary and has won a number of awards in the wedding industry. The two small businesses are both run by the same small team based in Hove.
