As a customer, you must take reasonable steps to ensure that your system is not used to make nuisance, illegal, fraudulent, grossly offensive, indecent, obscene or menacing calls.
To this end, we reserve the right to suspend your account at any time where we have reasonable suspicion that your service is being or has previously been used for any of the above or in the event that we are required to suspend your services by Ofcom, the police or any other regulatory or enforcement body.
If we notify you or if you are aware that you have used the service in breach of the above we request that you co-operate with us.
We provide customers with the ability to present any number that they own as their caller ID.
In order to do this, please contact your account manager and request that CLI presentation be added to your account. They will then generate a quote for your approval of the ongoing cost of CLI presentation (£2 per month) which can be viewed, agreed and paid via the Orbtalk Portal.
Once you have agreed and paid for your quote our Provisioning Team will send you a CLI presentation form. This form is a legal declaration that confirms that you own the number that you wish to present.
Once you have completed and returned your CLI presentation form our Provisioning Team will set up your CLI presentation within 48 hours (Monday – Friday) and they will inform you once this has been completed.
