We are proud members of the Internet Telephony Service Providers’ Association (ITSPA), our industry body.

We have won an ITSPA Award in the Best Consumer VoIP category in 2015 and have been highly commended in 2018, 2017 and 2014. We have also been finalists in every ITSPA Awards ceremony since 2013. Please see a list of our ITSPA awards, commendations and nominations below.


Our 2018 entry demonstrated our innovation with the new edition of the Cloud Phone System (now publicly available following beta test) and the release of Portal 2.0, our mobile-friendly, customer-focused portal that launched earlier this year.

In our 2017 entry, we stated the benefits of our new implementation of the Cloud Phone System, including instant automated provisioning and the ability to have more than one phone per extension.

Our new Cloud Phone System can be purchased online for customers wishing to use up to 10 extensions. Our pricing is very reasonable and we offer rewards such as reduced per-extension pricing for higher amounts of extensions. We now also offer individual logins for each extension with varying levels of visibility for managers and staff.


Our 2016 entry emphasised our introduction of a tiered pricing structure for our Cloud Phone System product that rewards customers for purchasing additional extensions and our bundled minutes packages that customers can pay for as part of their extension fees.

Our bundled packages stand out from the crowd by including calls to over 50 countries on five continents. Another development is the expansion of our international network by introducing a new PoP in Ashburn, Georgia, USA which is the third PoP in the USA in addition to New York and San Jose. The new PoP in Ashburn has increased our customer base in North America as a result of the reduced handset and SIP trunk response times.


Our 2015 entry promoted the developments that we had made during the previous 12 months, including investing both time and money improving the Orbtalk high availability system and online portal.

We added even more international numbers to our portfolio allowing online order and provision of numbers in over 5,000 cities globally. We have also continued to expand on our international points of presence giving us a truly international reach.


Our 2014 entry showed that our Hosted PBX has continued to be an important area of growth for the company.

In the 12 months to January 2014, sales in our Hosted PBX product increased by over 350%, a reflection of the value-for-money the system provides to businesses looking for more cost-effective and feature-rich alternatives to their existing VoIP or analogue systems. Since the Hosted PBX’s launch in 2006 we’ve listened to our customers and continued to invest in developing new features, which we make available to our customers free of charge.
