Number porting – do you offer this service and what is required from the user in order to make it happen?
Yes, from BT single line, ISDN2, ISDN30, DDIs, Featureline and most VoIP providers. We require a signed port authority.

What PBX systems are the SIP trunks tried, tested and approved on?
We have customers using our SIP trunks on Asterisk, Cisco SIP Gateway, Linksys, Siemens, LG, Interactive Intelligence, 3CX.

What is your stance on broadband? Do Orbtalk have a preferred supplier and do you supply the DSL (or whatever circuit) yourselves?
We prefer to supply the circuit to peer with our servers but it is not compulsory.

How can resellers differentiate between suppliers in this space, what are your USP’s?
Speed of provisioning, technical assistance for setup, numbering services including porting, call quality, failover facilities, referral commissions.

What facilities are available for resellers to provision services for their customers?
Online forms for ordering and payment resulting in order placement and configuration details within 48 hrs / 2 working days.

Are any special premium rate or non geographical services provided?
We can provide UK and International geographic and non-geographic solutions.

What else do resellers need to know? I intend to interview one or two cynical resellers, if there are issues you are aware that resellers have concerns over, this section affords you an opportunity to be ahead of the pack.
