Call Recording
Whether it's for training purposes or for reference, the Orbtalk business PBX range enable you to record conversations and conference calls.
Calls can be recorded on any extension, inbound queue, conference or IVR. Recordings can be downloaded or reviewed via the web interface. This option is delivered considerably more cheaply than standalone call recording products from other vendors.
