Technical Details

  1. Total number of simultaneous calls able to be made or received.
  2. We support the following codecs - G729 (including annex B),G711A,G711U and G723. Remaining codecs will be tried after the selected if initial negotiation is not successful.
  3. We use Username/Password authentication by default.
  4. If you have chosen Zero DDIs or wish to present an existing or alternative telephone number you will need to complete this section. Please enter the full number including UK or Non-Geographic area code. PLEASE NOTE - A mobile number CANNOT be presented. Upon completion of setup we will provide a CLI authority form for completion and fax back. Once live, you may also purchase additional numbers of your choice for all UK area codes as well as UK Non-Geographic and International Numbers.

If you would like to pay for your Orbtalk charges after the invoice by Direct Debit, please enter your bank account details below. Direct Debit is our preferred method of payment since it ensures that your service is never at risk due to non-payment (unless collections fail), it removes the need to top-up your account with credit and it is protected by the Direct Debit guarantee, so it's safe for you.

    This Guarantee is offered by all Banks and Building Societies that take part in the Direct Debit Scheme. The efficiency and security of the Scheme is monitored and protected by own Bank or Building Society.

    If the amounts to be paid or the payment dates change, Orbtalk Ltd will notify you 10 days in advance of your account being debited with the first payment or as otherwise agreed.

    If an error is made by Orbtalk Ltd or your Bank or Building Society, you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund from your branch of the amount paid.

    You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by writing to your Bank or Building Society. Please also send a copy of your letter to us at:

Provisioning Payment details

  1. DDI setup FOC except UK London 0207 & 0208 area - £10 per number one-off.
  2. 1 DDI number per channel included / Additional DDIs billed @ £1 per month.
